What is group coaching? How is it different from individual coaching? Group coaching is ideal when you are not ready to commit financially to an individualized program. Individually, all communication is strictly confidential between you and Carol. In a group, members share with one another, and learn from one another.
This can be more enriching, but is less personalized, but with less cost, and is not 100% confidential due to the very nature of a group.
For Carol to run a group, we need a minimum of 3 individuals to commit to the process. Typically a group will meet 2 times per month for 3 months, with homework and communication in between sessions. Groups can be virtually held, in person, or a combination of the two. Examples of groups:
- Professional Women seeking “life balance”
- Entrepreneurs wanting to “manage time better”
- Adults with AD/HD seeking improved organizational skills for work and life satisfaction
- Work teams seeking better communication skills
"I want you to know how impressed I was with how much you know about ad/hd and how your approach really targeted the challenging areas for me. I learned some things about myself working with you, and you gave me just the right amount of push and accountability."– An Upper Valley (NH/VT) business owner with AD/HD
